St. Louis University has a program called SLUCare which provides a range of different health care services to patients. This range has been added to now that the SLUCare program provides treatment for varicose veins.
In the past, some varicose veins and spider veins were treated through this program. However, the treatment was for cosmetic purposes only. As the seriousness of varicose vein problems has become increasingly obvious to the general public, programs like these have started to offer more options for medical varicose vein treatment.
