Date Set For Vein Treatment Trial
There are a number of ongoing patent infringement suits going on between makers of different types of vein treatment technology. These suits primarily involve AngioDynamics, a company which has been accused of patent violation and is suing the suppliers of the technology in question. Most of this litigation has been held up in the court process.
A step forward has been made in finding a resolution to the situation. A
date has been set for the main trial. That trial is a suit filed by VNUS against AngioDynamics and its co-defendants. Although the date has been set, the trial won't commence for some time. The date set isn't until June 23rd.
