Vein & Vascular Centers of Philadelphia at AAC is a freestanding interventional radiology center offering minimally invasive procedures with maximum results. Services Offered
At Vein and Vascular Centers of Philadelphia at AAC, we specialize in all aspects of vein disease evaluation and management, including varicose veins and associated ulcerations. If not treated properly, the symptoms of venous insufficiency can progress to skin changes (darkening and skin thickening) and bleeding in addition to the ulcerations.We also offer vascular disease (PVD) treatment including peripheral arterial disease (PAD) diagnoses and treatments, dialysis access management, women’s health treatments, and IVC filter placement and removal.
Dr. Louis Domenico is a fellowship trained vascular and interventional radiologist, board certified by the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Domenico has a special interest in dialysis access management, treatment of varicose veins and uterine fibroid embolization (UFE). After receiving his MS from the Roswell Park Cancer Center Institute affiliate of SUNY Buffalo, he earned his MD at SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences. He completed an internship in internal medicine at SUNY at the Buffalo Medical Consortium in Buffalo, New York, a residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in interventional radiology at the Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York.
