Joseph Martin Persak, M.D. is a native of the Chicagoland area, where he graduated from Carmel High School for boys in Mundelein, IL. He attended Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI., graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. He received his Doctorate of Medicine degree from Loyola University- Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, IL and chose a residency in diagnostic radiology at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, where he served as Chief Resident in his senior year.
Joseph Martin Persak, MD joined Tri-City Radiology in 1988 before the merger of Community Hospital and Delnor-Community Hospital.
