Our practice is devoted to the comprehensive treatment of venous and arterial disease.  Dr Dovgan has been a leading Vascular provider on the Space Coast since 2001.  Space Coast Vascular was formed in November 2005.

Peter S. Dovgan, M.D. received his undergratuate medical degrees at Creighton University.  He then trained in general surgery at Creighton affiliated hospitals completing his fellowship in Vascular surgery at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.  At the Airzona Heart Institute in Phoenix he received additional endovascular trainning and then joined the University of Florida as an Assistant Professor of Vascular Surgery in Jacksonville Florida.  He began treating Varicose Veins in 2001 and was one of the first in the area to use VNUS closure. More then 300 cases performed.

Treatments include Endovenous Saphenous Vein Ablation (Closure procedure), Sclerotherapy, Ambulatory Micro-phlebectomy, Vein Stripping, Endovenous Stenting, Chronic Venous Ulcer Therapy, and Hyperbaric Medicine for Wound Care.

Also, complete arterial management including treatments for Peripheral Arterial Disease, Minimally Invasive Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair, and Carotid Artery Stenting.
