The Bailey Vein and Aesthetic Centre is one of the most comprehensive vein and skin care centers in the Midwest, and is dedicated to achieving excellent results.  Our new 3,300 square foot facility contains some of the most sophisticated diagnostic imaging equipment available, along with multiple state-of-the-art laser and light-based treatment systems (i.e. Sciton, Lumenis, Palomar, Cool Touch and VNUS).  Our goal is to have happy and satisfied clients spreading positive news about the quality of our work.

After a very satisfying 15 year career as a Thoracic (Chest) and Cardiovascular surgeon, Dr. Colin Bailey developed a keen interest and passion for aesthetic surgery and phlebology (the study of medical and cosmetic vein care).  In addition to his 5 years of surgical residency and 2 years of Fellowship he has obtained extensive additional training from nationally and internationally known surgeons in the fields of cosmetic surgery, aesthetic medicine and phlebology.  His practice has now grown to the point where surgeons from around the mid-west regularly travel to the Bailey Vein and Aesthetic Centre for training in aesthetic medicine and phlebology.

Dr. Bailey is a graduate of the University Of Iowa College Of Medicine.  He is double board certified in surgery and thoracic (chest) cardiovascular surgery.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American of College of Phlebology and the International Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgeons.
