F Care Systems US Announces Endo Venous Radio Frequency (EVRF)

F Care Systems US announces their new product, the Endo Venous Radio Frequency device, better known as EVRF®. This product was created to treat varicose veins in one’s private cabinet or in a clinic, while providing very little discomfort and remarkable results in a short time. The EVRF machine has received 510k clearance and FDA approval, which will enable distributors to send these notable units to hospitals.

Prior to the EVRF machine being released, the OEM of the spider vein treatment device, the TC3000 (also known in the US as VeinXpert), was called the Veinwave. The Veinwave was released by F Care Systems in the UK, and was exclusively distributed through authorized independent dealers and representatives in several countries. Now that F Care Systems has a US branch, it will be offering full upgrades, training and support to all current Veinwave & EVRF customers.

The EVRF is designed to treat the smallest spider veins to the biggest saphenous veins, based on thermocoagulation. The basis of thermocoagulation allows the machine to remove the veins by using advanced radio frequency. A high frequency signal is generated by the central unit, producing a thermal-like effect that is then transmitted to the intima of the vein wall with the use of a needle or catheter. As a result of the thermal effect, the vein coagulates without bruising the skin.

Thermocoagulation of the spider veins are performed using a needle, whereas the larger veins are performed using catheters. These patented catheters can only be used on EVRF®’s radio frequency generator. The diameter of the needles used for smaller veins range from 0.075mm to 0.150mm, making the tips extremely sharp, which results in little to no discomfort.

The catheters for larger veins are very flexible, with rounded tips, and are equipped with a specially designed handpiece. These catheters can range from 1mm to 5mm in diameter, and can treat any type of reticular or collateral perforators, as well as hand veins. For efficient removal of the saphena magna, F Care Systems US extended their product range with a larger catheter, which is also a minimally invasive procedure that provides little to no discomfort and allows one to resume normal functions within a day.

Clinical studies show a 96% closure rate for GSV, and up to 99% for perforators. The price of the catheters is very affordable.

Although the machine and its components have already received FDA approval, the upcoming addition to the machine for the treatment as hemorrhoids and GSV is pending approval.

F Care Systems US had the objective to develop a product that benefits the patient and the doctors during procedures. Thanks to the affordable and safe EVRF machine, patients can be assured that they’re able to partake in this procedure, regardless of their skin type.
