Based on the book Compression Therapy of the Lower Extremities by Dr. Robert Stemmer, Professor Hugo Partsch and Professor Eberhard Rabe (Editions Phlébologiques Françaises, 2000), the Stemmer Library website features more than 3,500 worldwide references on compression therapy which are listed by authors, languages, publication dates, and EBM grading. The site also utilizes enhanced search tools for advanced searches, and the latest articles available with new references added on a regular basis.
Visitors to the site may access all of the SIGVARIS Compression Bulletins, featuring summaries and discussions of selected articles on compression therapy by a group of world-renowned specialists, such as Prof. H. Partsch, Prof. E. Rabe, and Dr. F. Pannier. The Bulletins are issued twice a year and are available in English, German and French.
