In general, most patients find they are not interested in vigorous activity for 2-3 days. I would add that how you are recovering, in terms of pain, flexibility, or bruising should be your guide. As a last resort, you could ask you vein doctor for his/her recommended waiting period.

We do not use laser in our office, however, in our office we use radio-frequency for heat source and our
patients can have sex as normal. I would refer you back to your clinician for further advise regarding laser.

I'm assuming you mean laser surgery of your saphenous vein, and if this is the case, then you can have sex at any time as long as your leg/legs are not uncomfortable.
