Not really. The nerves innervating a person's bladder do not typically run in the regions of the body that a physician would normally perform an endovenous laser ablation procedure on.

I have never heard of that side effect before and I don't see a connection between that type of treatment and bladder leakage.

This procedure is not related to the anatomy in the bladder, so it is highly unlikely that your bladder leakage is the result of the endovenous laser ablation surgery.

Bladder leakage is not a side effect of an endovenous laser ablation. Urinary retention and release is due to the functions of the urinary bladder and the nerves that stimulate it, not the veins.
