There are no varicose veins in the upper extremity. Removal of hand or arm veins is not recommended.

These are not procedures used anywhere except the legs etc. Hand veins can be treated in several ways. The best combination is injection and phlebectomy (removal through tiny punctures). However, seek someone who is experienced in this procedure. This is a cosmetic procedure.

I routinely treat hand and arm veins with a combination of endovenous laser and sclerotherapy and have been doing this for years with excellent results.
