You can certainly used them, but if you are trying to eliminate the hemangioma compression stockings alone will not work. You need may sclerotherapy.

You can use compression stockings, but this will not help the hemangioma to resolve. If you want to treat it, then you should see a vein specialist for a full venous evaluation, and to see if the source of the hemangioma can be found and subsequently treated
