Yes. It will not affect the outcome of the sclerotherapy. Most of the foam stays in those treated veins and starts the breaking down process almost immediately.

You can drink a small amount of wine after sclerotherapy, but large
quantities of alcohol may not be a good idea.

Sure, go ahead! Seriously though, there is really no medical reason that contraindicates your consuming red wine after having sclerotherapy.

It should be fine to have a glass of red wine after sclerotherapy. The medication is contained locally to the vein that is treated.
