There are many people with pelvic varices who do not have any symptoms, but they can lead to pelvic pain. The majority of symptoms are worse with prolonged standing, menstrual cycles and after intercourse. Some will develop lower extremity or vaginal varices that can also be painful. If you are concerned, you should seek out a specialist to have them review your imaging that identified pelvic varices and discuss options.

I don't think you can feel them. They just cause symptoms like pain which can change through the menstrual cycle

You cannot feel pelvic varices, but they can be seen on pelvic ct, mrv and occasionally a pelvic ultrasound.

Sometimes a bulging vein could go across the abdomen. Sometimes you can get varicose veins that bulge in your genital area due to other pelvic sources. A pelvic ultrasound would be the first step. The information revealed and obtained from the exam will guide your physician regarding treatment of those veins.
