Microphlebectomy is an option. Your doctor needs to be careful because some of the bulging veins are actually arteries that you don't want removed.

Veins on the head and face must be treated with great care. Oftentimes sclerotherapy can be quite effective with facial veins, which are larger. The vein you're describing sounds as though it may be a reticular vein. In all events, I would recommend that you see a board-certified vascular surgeon and have them assess your particular situation, and then review with you the pros and cons of the various proposed treatment modalities.

These should only be treated by experienced practitioners. Depending on the size and location they can be treated by laser, removal, injection, or a combination of these.

Forehead veins can be treated by either microphlebectomies or sclerotherapy depending on the size and location of the veins. The results are cosmetically very good. See someone with experience treating veins in this area.
