I am sorry, your question is too vague to attempt to help answer in this forum. I can say that varicose vein surgery on your legs should not affect your left arm and face. Please follow up with your physician.

Obviously, this is not normal after undergoing vein surgery. What kind of surgery was performed vein stripping or endoluminal ablation (VNUS or EVLT)? Do you have a heart murmur or known cardiac defect, such as as ASD or PFO?

This is not normal and should not occur following vein surgery. You describe symptoms which may be significant and could even be typical of angina. I would recommend that you follow up with your medical doctor or go to the ER for an evaluation ASAP.

It is very unlikely that the numbness you are experiencing in your arm and face is in any way related to varicose vein surgery. You may want to consult a neurologist if symptoms do not improve.
