It is perfectly acceptable to shower the day after sclerotherapy. I do not use bandages but I do not see why they cannot be removed after 24 hours. I would recommend compression stockings for 48 hours after the treatment which can be removed to shower then reapplied.

I can't answe that specifically because we don't make incisions. Typically bandages can come off in 1 week but you should check with your physician.

Different physicians have different preferences. I would recommend discussing with the treating physician. We don't use bandages for sclerotherapy having noticed that they don't seem to improve results and they are usually uncomfortable. Compression stockings are however used.

This will depend upon the treating physician.
It may depend on what type of bandages your doctor prescribed. Typically any post-procedure dressing is removed the following morning, and patients may take their first shower at that time. You should contact your vein doctor and have them review their specific post-instructions with you. I use compression hose for three days and tell patients it is fine to shower without them on.

We tell our patients that they can remove their bandages and shower 24 hours after their treatment. However, it is a good idea to be sure that the shower is not hot and is relatively short.
