The symptoms you have mentioned don't seem to be related to the EVLA
procedure. Numbness in the ankle or knee area is common and does get
better with time. If your symptoms continue, you should get evaluated
in a vein clinic by a vascular surgeon.

Numbness in the buttocks with radiation into the feet does not sound as if it is related to EVLT. The laser procedure is done on the saphenous vein and there are no nerves in that vicinity that will give buttock discomfort. Saphenous vein paresthesia(numbness along the lower calf and ankle) can occur but this is not what you describe. Your symptoms sound like sciatica but sciatica should not affect both legs, You should follow up with your vein specialist and, perhaps, see a neurologist.

This not likely due to an ablation procedure. It sounds more like sciatica.
See your primary MD.

I would be much more concerned about a back problem causing numbness in the buttocks radiating to the feet. Anatomically, this would be very unlikely to be due to endovenous thermal ablation in the leg.
