These are usually veins and can be treated. This is an advanced treatment and should be done by an experienced practitioner in a medical office setting. We typically use a 1064 yag laser and it can take several treatments. Extreme caution around the eyes using block out goggles or intraoccular shield should be used. The physician should also be checking to arterial pulses around the eyes also. In extreme cases, these can be treated using a combination of injection and removal/separation of the veins depending upon the location.

Difficult to treat these and there may be no good safe option for these.
I recommend you see a facial plastic surgeon the may have some options.

There are many ways to treat under eye veins including sclerotherapy, topical laser and, removal through tiny incisions and radiofrequency current. For larger veins I usually do sclerotherapy and for the smaller vein I use RF and sometimes a combination of the two.
