Depending on the sclerant that is used and the shade of ones skin some discoloration may occur. Pain and numbness is often temporary. A majority resolves after few weeks. Some patients may have lingering discomfort for up to a few months.

Not knowing what your procedures were except for sclerotherapy it is difficult to say. The discoloration may be from trapped blood which needs to be released. If you had laser ablation there may be irritation to nerves which may pass. Try massaging with a little pressure over the affected areas as often as possible may desensitize the nerves. If not, discuss this with your surgeon.

It sounds like you had ablation of of the smaller saphenous vein. Ablation of the greater saphenous vein can lead to numbness along the medial calf and ankle. Ablation of the lesser saphenous vein can lead to achilles tenderness and numbness of the lateral ankle and foot. Discoloration in the calf can occur from pooled blood from the laser or microphlebectomies. Your symptoms seem to be things that can happen from ablation. You should follow up with your vein specialist.
