I would wait two weeks to go into sauna-like temperatures. There are no good studies on this, but conventional wisdom in the field advises no sauna, hot tub or similar which might dilate veins and open up veins for approximately 2 weeks post-treatment. Other types of exercise, other than heavy weight lifting that involves squatting which again may open up veins, is permitted after vein ablation the very next day.

I have my patients avoid very warm temperatures for a minimum of 6 weeks after vein treatment.

You could resume it 1-2 days after the treatment, but you should also get clearance to do so from your treating physician.

Ask your care provider, but I would tell my patients one week post-treatment.

The room temperature in Bikram yoga may dilate the veins, so to be safe, I advise my patients to avoid the 105 degrees for at least a week. Yoga without the heat is fine, as are all forms of exercise except heavy
lifting above the head and running on hard asphalt. Treadmill is fine. I have my patients avoid hot tubs, weight lifting and running on asphalt for at least a week.

As soon as you feel up to it. I would recommend wearing your compression hose when you return, at least for the first week or so.

Post treatment guidelines are mostly empirical. I also go to Bikram Yoga and would suggest waiting a week.

Endovenous ablation is a minimally invasive procedure where one can resume normal activities as soon as possible as long as the patient can tolerate it. The heat of Bikram yoga will not affect your surgical leg due to the vein being "scarred" down and sealed secondary to the laser.

I would wait for 3 days if there are no associated microphlebectomies and 1 week if microphlebectomies are done with the EVLT.
