I do not think there is an average because it is based on how many veins need to be treated in each leg.

It costs about $1,500 per session of microphlebectomy--not per leg or per extremity. Microphlebectomy in the office setting is limited by the dose of local anesthetic, typically lidocaine. As such, an entire left lower extremity cannot be cleared of veins if the veins involve the thigh, inner leg and back of the leg. One of those or two of those areas are therefore cleared in one session, costing a mere $1,500.
