I am 60 and was diagnosed with pcs when I was about 30. I still have symptoms, is that possible at my age?

Yes. Varicose veins in the pelvis do not suddenly resolve with aging. Some of the hormonal effects that cause worsening of the pain may resolve with menopause for some women.
