Does it work on tiny spider veins on legs?

Is intense pulse light therapy successful for capillaries on the legs? I have quite a lot on the top of my legs that are too small for schelotherapy.

Ideally you should be evaluated for "feeder" veins first. These need to be sealed if present or you are wasting your treatments. A good sclerotherapist can inject the smallest of veins. We typically do topical laser with the Dornier 940 flexipulse and inject. For very fine blush type veins, will use IPL and sclero. It can take multiple treatments averaging 3. You can also be treated with a newer Radiofrequency device (Veinwave or Vein Gogh) . It is nice for fine red veins as long as there are no underlying issues.
