How long until I can resume aerobic exercise and light weight lifting?

Laser & Light Therapy . 5 answers . 3 years ago

I had an hour of laser therapy for my spider veins yesterday. The technician who did my procedure was not sure how long I needed to wait until I resume aerobic exercise and light weight lifting. Any suggestions? Thank you!

1 week should be enough but you should check in with the clinic where
you had this procedure done.

If you were treated with laser alone, there should be no restrictions on activity. We do, however, typically have our patients in hose for 48 hours and then resume activity.

3 days until you should exercise vigorously. I assume she put you in some compression hose.
