I had vein ablation and have a full knee replacement. What are dilated left adnexal tortuous varicose veins consistent with pelvic vein?

Yes dilated adnexal tortuous varicose veins can produce pelvic pain. They may be particularly painful and potentially dangerous, if there is any thrombosis or clot formation. This is best evaluated using ultrasound. Follow up with a vascular surgeon would be prudent.

Yes the adnexal veins, which are vein to the ovaries, are pelvic veins. If they are varicose and certain symptoms are present this can be part of medical condition called pelvic congestion.

These are a possible cause for your insufficiency..vein ablation without first checking for incompetence higher up could fail in the future...
if you have 'pelvic congestion' symptoms they may be caused by this finding.

This maybe a sign of pelvic congestion syndrome which can cause dilated veins in your pelvis and near your ovaries. Which can cause pain.

Adnexal veins are veins next to the ovarian veins and can be due to ovarian vein reflux. They have nothing to do with either the ablation or TKR. If concerned, see a vein specialist.
