Pelvic congestion syndrome should not prevent a vaginal delivery. Your obstetrician may have other reasons to consider C section.

Pelvic Congestion Sydrome will not prevent vaginal delivery. Whether or not to have a C-section should be discussed with your Ob/Gyn since there could be other factors.
