My blood pressure dips very low after standing 15 to 20 minutes. Is this a sign of vascular insufficiency? Would endovenous laser ablation help?
My blood pressure goes from 135/80 to 84/50 after standing for a period of time. I become hot, dizzy and my heart rate increases to 130. Is this a sign of venous insufficiency? If so, would EVLA help?

You should see a doctor and have a cardiac workup and if this is normal, a neurological workup. You may need compression hose, but the cause of your drop in blood pressure needs to be determined. No, EVLA is not for this and this is not a reason to have it. It sounds like you need a workup with a physician.
