The head of my penis hasn't been bulbing when enlarged. Is this normal?
I'm 25 years old and my penis head is not bulbing when enlarged. I think blood supply has stopped. Is there anything I can do?

At age 25, it is unlikely that this is a blood flow problem. I recommend you consult with a urologist.

If this lack of enlargement has been present ever since you can remember, it could be normal for you. It is also possible that you could have a congenital defect at your glans penis, resulting in this issue. If the head of your penis only started doing this recently, then something acute has happened. I would then recommend seeing a urologist for further evaluation.
