Sclerotherapy to get rid of big veins on hands?

I hate the big veins on my hands. Is it safe to get rid of them with sclerotherapy?

Hand veins can be treated with sclerotherapy. However, large hand veins are best treated by endovenous ablation because this treatment will actually dissolve the veins over time. Sclerotherapy of hand veins is best done on smaller veins. Larger veins treated with sclero require, usually, multiple treatments and evacuations of clots. I usually use a combination of both procedures-sclero for the smaller veins and endovenous ablation for the larger veins.
