I think you mean for the same leg. I recommend at least two weeks between sclerotherapy on the same leg. Of course you can have it on alternate legs a bit more frequently.

This varies depending on your physician's recommendation. The time frame can vary anywhere from 2-6 week intervals. Generally, it is best to allow time for healing between treatments.

Recommending a waiting period of 2-4 weeks between sclerotherapy sessions is advisable. Spacing the volume administered for sclerotherapy may help decrease the anaphylactic response. Also, the sclerosing effects on the vein takes time to work.

The Sheen Vein Institute

It can vary from person to person. It depends on what vessels have been treated during the most recent treatment session. Treatment drugs typically work on the inner lining of the vein. So if the vein has already been treated recently, the inner lining may be damaged and may not be adequate for the drug to work. This is why you never treat a treated vein too soon. At least give it a couple of weeks to heal in.

The gap varies among practitioners. I tend to wait a couple of months before I retreat an area. I limit how much I will inject in a single session. If I'm working on a different area, I'll do that a day or two later.
