I have no restrictions on that. I suggest to refrain from intense exercise for about a week.

On the day of treatment if foam is used, we advise our patients to avoid ab crunches and heavy lifting. For several days avoid very heavy abdominal exercise, boot camp etc. Gradually work back into full work out over the week. That said, there have been no studies to support this. Just common sense.

You should be able to do crunches immediately after sclerotherapy. The only restrictions I tell patients would be to wear compression for two days, not soak in a hot bath or tub for two days, and avoid sun burning for at least two weeks.
