I heard that Asclera (Polidocanol) was recently FDA approved. When can patients expect this sclerant to be widely available in the US?

I do not know. I have used this agent extensively in the past and it works quite well, I await it's availability as well.

It is going to be distributed by an Aesthetic company. CVD will have this as soon as it is available.

Not sure about when the FDA will approve. Some clinics already use polidocanol "off label" as it has been shown safe and effective as compared to other agents.
