I have had pain, brusing, swelling and flutters since my laser surgery in July. Why is this happening? What should I do?
I found I had vein disease in leg. In July, I had laser surgery to address it. Since the surgery, I continue to have complications, including pain, swelling, bruising and flutters. I've also had trapped blood and inflamed veins, so they say. My whole main vein has been bruised since, and I have knots, pain, and feel flutters constantly. Why is this happening? What should I do?

This does not sound like a normal post-treatment course. You need to be re-evaluated or get a second opinion.

The vein doctor can drain the trapped blood and reduce the inflammation and knots. If he is unable to do it, perhaps you should seek help from another board-certified vein specialist who is more capable.

You should have a vein map repeated to look for associated problems and new channels of blood flow and new development of tributaries. This can become serious over time!
