Depending on the nature of the veins, the best treatment for these veins
could include
- An endovenous catheter and heat based treatment (VNUS or EVLT)
- Sclerotherapy
- Foam sclerotherapy
- Microphlebectomy (small scar vein stripping)

Laser light therapy is too superficial for varicose veins - used for skin pigmentation, redness and texture. You should be evaluates to see I'd there is a deeper cause for varicose veins such as saphenous reflux which can be treated by endovenous laser ablation (the laser fiber is inserted into the affected vein ago seal ). The varicose veins can be removed cosmetically by microphlebectomy or injected with sclerosing solution if smaller. However, sclerotherapy may require multiple treatments while phlebectomy is a one treatment procedure.

Laser is one of the "tools" we use to treat abnormal veins. However without knowing what is your vein problem it is difficult to say if this is the right "tool" to use to fix your veins.
You need an evaluation by a vein expert who can tailor the best treatement for your problem.
