Richard Baum, MD, MPA, MBA Richard Baum, MD, MPA, MBA is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Vascular and Interventional Radiology. He obtained his medical degree from The Medical College of Pennsylvania and completed an internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Internal Medicine. He also completed a Residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Diagnostic Radiology and a Fellowship at the same hospital but in Interventional Radiology.
