Dr. Winokur is a patient-focused, efficient, and team-oriented board-certified radiologist with a certificate of added qualification in interventional radiology who focuses clinical care on the treatment of venous disease with special attention to varicose veins, pelvic congestion syndrome, DVT, and PE.

He is interested in improving the patient experience in interventional radiology by using research to advance medical knowledge and administrative skills to advance the role of IR in medical care.
