Can PCS cause bloating and a feeling of inflammation on the right side of the abdomen?
I have PCS and apart from occasional pain in the pelvic area, I feel daily periodical pain only on the right side of my abdomen (from pelvis up, but mostly near belly button and all the way to the ribs). The pain has been daily for years but doctors can't find the cause. Can PCS cause this? So far doctors have been useless, and I am very worried. It's a 3 to 4 on the pain scale, but it's a nagging pain that lasts for a few seconds to an hour and comes and goes a few times a day.

It's possible. A CT or MRI venogram of the pelvis would be the next step to check it out.
