Can you still get pregnant if you had pelvic vein embolization?

I was recently diagnosed with pelvic congestive syndrome (PCS) and was advised not to have pelvic vein embolization if I want kids in the future. I was put on water pills to reduce bloating but the pain is not subsiding. I don't want to risk infertility but I also don't want to continue being in pain every day.

There are treatments that do not involve embolization and fix the problem rather than the cause. Look into Iliac venoplasty and iliac stenting along with pelvic congestion online. You will see the trend is shifting away from embolization (treating the result of iliac compression) and toward the cause (the vein gets pinched off and leads to the congestion).
