I cannot open your photo. But being familiar with facial veins, they are sacrificial. This means that if the vein is gone, the circulation will re-route. That said, we generally do not treat that condition as the outcomes can be undesirable (dark line for months if using a laser or sclerosing agent, and scar if using a surgical technique). If it is small and short, an external ND-YAG laser can treat it.

What procedure would be best for these kinds of veins? How much would it cost without insurance, and what would the end result be? Thanks.

I have some kind of 'V' shaped vein on my forehead. It's apparent when I laugh, smile or perform other facial actions. A surgeon performed one treatment of sclerotherapy and vascular laser (on the same day). There have been no significant changes. Would dermal fillers be appropriate? What about surgically stripping and ablating the vein?
