Dr. Elliott has practiced General and Vascular Surgery in Tucson, Arizona for over 25 years.

Our staff is committed to the accurate diagnosis and complete treatment of venous insufficiency of the lower extremities. We have the training, expertise, experience, and equipment to accomplish these goals for each patient. We look forward to the opportunity to demonstrate this expertise and commitment to you.

Physicians' Background

Thomas R. Elliott, MD has practiced General and Vascular Surgery in Tucson, Arizona for over 25 years. The recent advances in the treatment of venous disease have allowed specialization in the field of treatment of these disorders.

Dr. Elliott completed his Residency in General Surgery at the University of Arizona in 1983 and his Fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the same university in 1985. He has been in continuous practice in Tucson since then.

The recent development of advanced minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of varicose veins and venous disease, particularly the techniques of endoluminal radiofrequency ablation (VNUS Closure) and ambulatory phlebectomy, furthered his interest in the treatment of these problems.

Dr. Elliott became Board Certified in Phlebology in 2008, and is a member of the American College of Phlebology.
