VeinCare Centers of Tennessee is one of only a few vein centers in Tennessee which can provide the sophisticated work-up and the broad range of modern, minimally-invasive options for management of vein disease. Drs. Daugherty and Lucas are vascular surgeons with a combined practice experience of 31 years managing serious vein problems.
Stephen F. Daugherty, MD, FACS, earned his BA degree, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University. He graduated from Emory University School of Medicine, cum laude, and completed his Surgical Residency at Scott and White Clinic and Hospital in Temple, Texas. He is a Registered Vascular Technologist and an Eagle Scout.
Dr. Daugherty is a Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He established the Vascular Laboratory at Gateway Medical Center and has introduced many new surgical procedures and technologies to surgical patients in Clarksville. He is a member of multiple professional specialty societies including the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the Society of Endovascular Surgeons.
