I'm 20 weeks pregnant with #3 and wear a v2 supporter daily, but my symptoms are still worsening. What other compression devices are available?

The veins are continuing to worsen and spread down my inner thigh and throughout my pelvic, buttocks, and groin region. What type of supports are available to use now in addition to the v2 supporter? Are there compression shorts?

I'm not aware of any other devices. There are compression garments used after a light post-suction session, as well as tight cycling shorts.

The is not much you can really do to reduce venous symptoms during pregnancy other than support hose. There are no compression shorts because they would obstruct the vein flow back to the heart from the lower legs.

I would increase the compression to at least 30-40 mmHg and consider pantyhose if not already doing so. There is a product called Fembrace, produced originally by nurses. Similar to the v2 brace but more like a pant and it may give you some support. Continue exercising (walking is great). Drink plenty of fluids and get those legs up as often as possible.

I've never heard of compression shorts exactly, but you could try the compression stockings that are full panty hose. They might help along with that V2 supporter.
