What do I do about recurrence after ovarian vein embolization?

Three years ago I had a renal venogram for Nutcracker (4.5mmhg, had planned to stent at 3, but flow looked good). I had ovarian vein embolization - 14mm/19 coils. LLQ pain unbearable again & ultrasound shows prom. venous collaterals l. adnexa. Now what?

This is a complicated situation but it sounds like you might need further treatment and this should be discussed with your doctor.

Another consultation would be required with your provider. Make sure you are able to either bring the previous images with you or be sure the clinic has them. It may just require another venogram, but with that consultation, your provider will let you know what would be best.

I have not seen an occluded ovarian vein reopen after coil embolization. Other things to consider include: iliac vein stenosis or compression, internal iliac vein varices with reflux, reflux in the other ovarian vein. Discuss with your treating physician.
