Some MDs do treat these, I do not, you have to check with your practitioner locally.

Yes, but this is purely cosmetic - and should be restricted to small spider veins. Most of the large visible veins on arms and hands are normal.

Yes, you can have sclerotherapy on your hand and wrist. I don't advise getting sclerotherapy on your arms as you may need those veins for IV or blood draws.

Yes. Sclerotherapy, microphlebectomy, and thermal ablation can all be used for selective treatment of veins on the hands, wrist, and upper extremity.

It is technically feasable. However, these veins are often used for starting IVs and thus I recommend not treating them. Also, treating normal veins carries a higher risk than treating abnormal ones.

Sclerotherapy can be done safely on these areas. Larger hand veins can be best managed by laser ablation. It would also be prudent to preserve at least one forearm vein for a possible future use.

You can inject the hand veins. Sometimes using a filler is better to plump up the tissue around the veins
