I had Laser ablation radiofrequency closure bilateral 7 days now,

Worried about the bruising on my left thigh where there is a kink of veins. My specialist had done another insertion of the catheter where the kink veins is and now it is where the bruises still coming out is it normal? Should I shower everyday without surgical stockings?

Bruising is normal, and it will resolve. There is no need for stockings in the shower.

It's hard to answer your first question. Another week or two should answer the question for you. There is no reason to continue compression hose.

At 7 days, it is not unusual to have some bruising. I have my patients massage with bruising/healing cream such as Dermaka and wear the hose during the day for at least 7 days. Bruising may appear to be increasing, but they actually "move" either lower down with gravity or to the surface. You have had a little more "intervention" to seal above and below an area, so you may have a little more.

What you describe are all normal occurrences following laser or RF closure procedures. The bruising occurs several days later as the blood comes to the surface. This will resolve over the next several days. You can shower daily and, yes, remove the stockings to shower.
