Lucas M Ferrer Cardona, MD is a vascular surgeon with expertise in limb salvage. After undergraduate work and medical school at University of Puerto Rico, General Surgery Residency at Temple University, Vascular Surgery fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, and two years as an assistant professor of surgery at UT San Antonio, Lucas is now located in Austin, Texas.

Dr. Ferrer’s clinical practice is located at UT Dell, Seton Heart, and Vascular Center, and Seton Hayes campus. Lucas supports the growth of the vascular surgery division and contributes to the innovative nature of the department.
